The firm was involved in the development of the Client’s brief and agreeing to schedule of accommodation Co-ordinating the requirements of the participating agencies in the Project. This included preparing a Master Plan with a Medical School, Faculty of Education Islamic Studies, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Agriculture & Animal Resources, Faculty of Technology, Teaching Hospital and University Farm.

Associated Architects prepared the Master Plan above, and eventually designs and cost estimates were prepared.

The Kenya Ports Authority put up an Office Structure at the Port of Mombasa to accommodate administration offices at the Docks. Associated Architects undertook the preparation of preliminary designs and estimates, detailed working drawings, technical details and oversaw the preparation of the Bills of Quantities, pre-qualification dossiers for contractors, invitation of tenders, the evaluation and advice on award, and did the supervision of the construction and eventually handed over.

This involved the construction of several 3- and 4-bedroom single storey houses and 3- and 4-bedroom apartment blocks on 2 levels in reinforced concrete frame construction.

The Firm was commissioned to interact with Rosoboronexport (The Russian Suppliers and Trainers) and the Uganda Peoples Defence Air Forces (UPDAF) to design Maintenance and Storage Hangars for the new Sukhoi Su-30 Aircraft.

The Ministry of Defence retained the firm to repeat the successful design executed at Lunyo, as well as the design and construction of Technical Stores, a Tank Shed and MRS.

The firm carried out the production of working drawings, technical details and Bills of Quantities, prequalification dossiers for contractors, invitation of tenders, evaluation and advice on award, supervision of the construction and eventual handover.

The scheme took the form of a twin- tower block with provision for a future third tower development.

This profile puts the site to its best use without congesting it. It is an open design that leaves most of the ground level open to encourage a gentle breeze through the site and easy pedestrian access as well as vehicular access from both
frontages.

The Project involved the construction of a multi-storey office building (6 storeys) for the Aerodromes, Administration, Architectural and Engineering staff. Workshops complex for Airport Maintenance services.

The Firm was responsible for developing schedule of accommodation, preparation of preliminary designs, Working and Technical Drawings and Supervision of the Project.

The Proposed Development consists of 40 No. Apartments in Two Blocks and Ancillary Facilities including Restaurant, Gym, Swimming Pool and Parking/ Landscaping. There are Four different types of Units (1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom Large, 3 Bedroom). 

The Site is Adjacent to the Lake Victoria Serena Hotel and Golf club and enjoys Magnificent Views of the Lake and is conveniently just off the New Entebbe Expressway
