Analysis of project
At our firm, the design process begins with a thorough analysis of the client's requirements (project brief), site conditions, context, costing and local regulations to lay the foundation.
Design concept
The design is further developed with our consultant team of civil, structural and mechanical engineers.
Advanced Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Through the use of advanced software, such as CAD, 3D Modeling, BIM, our Firm collaborates with the entire Consultancy Team to create detailed designs and visualizations, allowing clients to fully comprehend the proposed design while controlling costs.
BIM is a set of Digital tools that we employ throughout the Design Team (Architectural Design, Engineering, Quantity Surveying etc.) for seamless collaboration in real time."

Arc. Martin I.K Muwonge
Arc. Muwonge has been practicing with the firm since 1998 and was practicing in California before this. He has experience in the design and management of various projects such Jubilee Independence Pavilion at Kololo, Simbamanyo House (Ministry of Gender), Cotton Development Organisation Headquarters, Afrique Suites Hotel, Civil Aviation Authority Headquarters, and Various UWEC Buildings.
He was a lecturer at Makerere University’s Department of Architecture in Environment and Building Design at Nkozi University. He is a lecturer who possesses specialist knowledge in sustainable building design and has taught at the Faculty of Built Environment in Uganda Martyrs University, Nkozi and the Faculty of Technology at Makerere University.
