The Firm is involved in the development of a Mixed-Use Development for the Catholic Archdiocese of Tabora which includes a Multi-Purpose 8 Storey Building, Historical/Interpretation Centre, Rehabilitation of Archbishop’s Residence and Mwalimu Julius K. Nyerere Residence, a Multi-Purpose 6,000-Seater Stadium, a Multi-Purpose Indoor Athletics Arena, a Health Centre and Restaurants.
Centennial Dormitory Block at St Agnes Catholic Girls Boarding Primary School - Naggalama
The Proposed Development consists of a Three Level Dormitory Block with Dormitories, Bathrooms, Stores, Matron’s Room, and an External Ablutions block.
Redesign of Pool at Victoria View Apartments
The Project involved the Redesign of an Existing Pool House to provide Offices and Living Quarters for the Custodian and Housekeeper of the Apartments, including in-built Storage and an Outdoor Shower to serve the Apartments in Bunga, Kampala.
Uganda Wildlife Education Center (UWEC) - Entebbe
UWEC - formerly the zoo - underwent a transformation to a wildlife education centre with assistance from the Protected Area Management and Sustainable Use (PAMSU) Project of the World Bank.
