Offices and Apartments for UNDP - Cape Verde

The Project involved the construction of a new 6 storey office building in reinforced concrete framed construction approximately 3100m2 in area.

An apartment complex of 2- and 3-bedroom units all on a completely new site. A 5-bedroom residence for the Resident Representative. We were involved in the development of the client’s brief and agreeing schedule of accommodation, Coordination of the requirements of the participating Agencies in the Project i.e. UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA, ILO, WFP etc. Preparation of preliminary designs drawings and cost estimates. The firm also prepared working drawings, technical details and Bills of Quantities, prequalification dossiers for contractors, invitation of tenders, evaluation and advice on award, supervision of construction and eventual handover.
