Rehabilitation of Senior Staff Quarters - Katabi Airforce

This project involved rehabilitation of the dilapidated Seniors officers quarters. Our work involved the survey and recording of existing conditions, preparation of working drawings, technical details and Bills of Quantities, pre-qualification dossiers for contractors, invitation of tenders, evaluation and advice on award, supervision of the construction and eventual handover.
